The team at Nelly's Nurseries are commited and dedicated to the task of caring for the child you entrust to them.

We recognise that childcare is a demanding and staff are supported in many ways.

We have policies that ensure staff have time out of their rooms for planning.

Staff are actively encouraged to seek assistance at any time.

The Directors are committed to supporting the management team in ensuring that the staff are happy, motivated, trained and well paid.

We have several staff incentives that help to keep the staff happy and motivated and this in turn provides continuity of staff, essential for the care of your child.

Our turnover of staff is extremely low and those who leave tend to go onto further education, which we believe is inspired by our commitment to a programme of continuous professional development.
